Your current wiring harness (loom) is not going to work with this OBDII engine, as well as the ECU. I am pretty sure your mounts are all set but another member may say different. When I put my B16A into my 92 Civic, I used an intermediate shaft from a 90-93 Integra and axles ment for the same car. I don't know if the B18C int. shaft will work with an EG, maybe someone else will know.

there is endless info on this if you would just search first.

quick response:

use dc2 mounts and axles and intermediate shaft - they will all bolt in place
use your dx harness - it will need light modification

As for the axles from the Type-R, they will work, you should just change the motor to obd-1 and use hondata or something on a Gsr ecu. U don't want the obd-2 crap. I had it in mine for a while, just recently changed to obd-1

I recently did my typre r swap and I'm running a jdm p73 just fine. the swap is pretty straight forward to do. this wasmy first swap and I got it done with little to no problem. I suggest getiing a obd2 usdm gsr or harness fo the swap if you don't want to modify your harness.

This info is completely irrelevant and incorrect for an obd1 chassis

i would shoot myself in the face before making my obd1 car into a obd2. All you need to do is run a few wires - for the vtec solenoid, preasure switch, and knock sensor(k.s. depends on which ecu you run - p28 no k.s.!). I would mod the sohc harness. Alot less headaches. And agree for the hondata as stated before me.
