500 a good price????

500 a good price????

a machine shop said it would be 500 to port n polish my head, resurface, and give it a valve job. does that sound fair??(its a b16 head if that makes any difference)

thats hella cheap, too cheap for quality work, unless he's really cool with you. I paid 220 just for a 3 angle valve job and head resurface.

If that's the case that's like half what most shops charge. That's a hell of a hookup. Good luck on the build
