start of my mini build up...few questions
So i had lines on a b18c5, didnt get it :-( so now im back to my d-series build, i have a d16y7 right now thats going to basically be built into a d16y8 with new rods and blah blah blah
I got the 2000 SI tranny, with new clutch and flywheel w/140 000km = 87,500 miles
for 250$ i think thats a pretty good deal?
and the 2000 d16y8 V-tec head for 200$ with intake, EVERYTHING including ECU w= 87,500 miles.
NOW i would like to put the tranny in next weekend since my clutch in this trans is hooped and if i have to take it out i mine as well replace it. Is there anything i have to change? i dont think there is but i may be wrong. axles etc?
and for pistons and rods, wheres the best place to buy some id like a nice set for some boost?

Usually you would replace the throw-out bearing (aka release bearing) and flywheel ball bearing. They might have come with your clutch/flywheel.
Honda recommends replacing the set rings on the axles every time you pull them but I don't think it's really necessary.
Drain and replace your hydro fluid.
That's all I got.
