I think that's just the production number, not the VIN. Looks way too short to be a VIN.
And OP, this probably will get locked because there's no tech involved. Plus, the majority of "EF9s" around the US are EDs and EEs that people call EFs. Either that or they have front end conversions with the badge, still not real EF9s.
