Problem With H23 Stock Headers
Alright i got a 1993 Honda Prelude Si and the Screws of the headers that go into the head dont tie they always get loose and i always tight them and i took it to some shop and they said its probly the greedy cat back exaust system that is clogging up but i dont think so because i took out the catalitic converter........ so what do i do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!help
Try some lock-tight on the threaded part of bolt (just a touch of lock-tight, don't go crazy with it)(red liquid that helps bond bolts/threads together in case if you haven't heard of lock-tight)
when you want to pull it off just spray with a penetrate like liquid wrench, and crank them with some leverage
Oh *edit* if vibrations are that bad check your rubber exhaust ties and see if they are even still rubber. If not, go buy RUBBER ones. (there should be about 3 or 4 if I remember correctly). If they are made of metal they don't dampen the vibration as well and cause alot of unnecessary unmentionable B.S.

You only have one header, and I doubt it has anything to do with your 'greedy' exhaust. Just get some OEM exhaust nuts (somewhat self-locking), torque them to the proper specs, and they should be fine.
