You need an adjustable regulator. Why do you need to adjust fuel pressure anyways?

Well I might sound like a tool but I heard that turning up the pressure will help in HP, is this right or not?

Nope, thats ridiculous.

Only time you should ever need to change fuel pressure is if you have changed fuel pumps and need to re-regulate the flow, or you are maxing out your injectors and need just a little more oompf out of them. Yes it is a way of tuning but that SHOULD all be handled via the ecu and not by adding fuel pressure. Otherwise just adding fuel pressure for the hell of it will cause you to run rich and will more than likely cause you to lose power.

and snooz it should be 43ish psi or 3 bar

the only time u need more fuel is if you either have a built motor, boost, or nitrous. If you have a stock motor it will just flood it out and run like ***. Plus even if you turn them up the injectors only push a certain amount so it would do any good anyway. If you want more HP get a intake and full exhaust and plug wires and plugs those are the best first mods and the best if you ask me.

If you're running rich or lean you have other problem you need to fix rather than adjusting the fuel pressure (on a mostly stock/bolt-on engine anyhow)...

i did a little test with this and its amazing how a couple psi increase in fuel pressure will dramatically change the fueling.
