You need to get a few cans of PB Blaster and soak ALL the bolts down reall good twice a day for about a week, before you try and take it apart! If the strut bolts into the control arms feel like they are still sticking just remove the complete lower control arm!!! That's not a sure thing but it has worked for me in the past! GOOD LUCK!!! been there
done that
and I'm sure I'll do it again!

Do not be afraid, it is very unlikely that a suspension bolt will break during removal if it was originally installed at the factory. The trick is not breaking upon reinstallation, and then the only weak bolts are (2) 14mm the fork to shock bolts (most honda acura), the 10mm and 12mm brake line a abs sensor bolts, and the 12mm-14mm upper top hat nuts, but with hand tools, you shouldn't be able to break these.
The most important thing to remember is to start all the bolts by hand, and make sure to back out if you feel its to tight... you must thread all the bolts in STRAIGHT. Some assembly lube is a great idea.
Depending on the vehicle, I can probably walk ya through the install, I've done several write-ups. Check out the most recent in our install section here. http://www.1201aeromotiv.com

i just use some WD40 and a impact gun.
the worst bolts i think are the ones that hold the shock in the fork thingy on the front suspension.

Use a wrench a a heavy 4-5 feet steel pipe, bolt will come loose VERY quickly
If that does not work use a torch and heat the bolt untill it starts glowing but:
-always have water near you incase of something catching fire
-never heat suspension parts!

i broke the head on the bolt that holds the shock to the controll arm...
I found a gheto rig way to get the springs off.

off of what? Were you removing the axle nut? Because nothing else on the front requires a 4 ft breaker.
Ha!!! It must not snow where you live....
I snapped 2 rachets and 2 sockets trying to take one of the LCA bolts out of my Civic.
As for the broken bolt... if its one of the ones going though the control arm, just put a breaker on the nut that is welded to the shock. Break it off (its just 2 tiny spot welds) and hit the remains of the bolt through to replace.
