aftermarket flywheel, just throw it on?
just got a new clutchmasters 7.5 pound flywheel for my b16. Someone told me you had to get it balanced by a shop before putting it on. Is this true?
ive never heard of that....course ive never used an aftermarket flywheel either...but let me know if it was worth the money..i might get one
it is already balanced if it is a reputable flywheel. (you said you bought clutchmasters? i would have bought TODA.) anywho, bolt it on, and be gentle on it for about 2-300 miles so that the clutch will get friendly with it and not glaze it. enjoy.
