Default Wiring easier or harder then i thought?

I have a 95 obd1 hatch that is going to obtain obd2 with a 98 jdm b18c type R with stock ecu. i got the conversion harness for the ecu and under the hood all the sensor plugs are identical exept since the engine is jdm, the sensors have to be lengthened. But is that it? just lengthen the wires and thats all there is to it in regards to the wiring?
