Default correct idle speed?

I just cleaned out my (very dirty) IACV and reset the ecu on my 92 accord. My idle is now about 700, which seems low and still a bit shaky, although its very consistent, as opposed to the range of about 1000 that it was pre-clean (1400-400). Is this the correct idle? I don't want to change any factory settings if I don't have to.

700 is better than 1000, adjust the idle on the top backside of the throttle body, common screwdriver. There should be a sticker with your specs on it, make sure its fully warmed up.
