sometimes when i start up the car, there is a small knocking sound that comes from the head, i dont know what is?

 

maybe its time for a valve adjustment.

 

well last time when i overboosted my hatch i herd a knocing sound that i kept hearing from the head but instead it was from the block and i bent a rod into a C shape lol so maybe you either bent a rod or mest up something in ur block i dont no 4 sure but when i overbosted mine i herd it from head to but wasnt so iono?

 

does it sound more like ticking?

 

Sounds like you need a valve adgustment

 

could be the noisy cold starts that honda's are notorius for, does it go away after about a second or 2?
