Default Simple Fuel Reg. Question

When adjusting the Fuel Reg with the vaccum line off is there anything that needs to be done to keep fuel from going everywhere or is this not gonna happen if I just pull the line and let it hang? Don't want to take the chance of turning the engine over with the line disconnected and sprayin fuel everywhere. Thanks

Lets be clear here. The vaccum line is the one going from the throttle body to the top of the fuel regulator. To do the fuel pressure adjustment remove that hose from the pressure regulator and just let it hang. You should do this while the engine is running. Don't worry this is only an air hose to control the motion of the diaphragm inside the regulator, no fuel will come out of there.

Thats what I figured, but just get a little paranoid when it comes to fuel and a running engine. Thanks for the info...
