Default blown shocks?

well, im going to do a suspension overhaul here in a couple days.today i noticed that when i push down on the back of the car i get this wierd noise, like air is being pushed out and sucked back in or something. now, the back end does not sag and it fells stiff when driving. the noise comes from both sides like both shocks are doing it. ive never noticed it until today. are all gas shocks like that? should i warranty the shocks? there tokico illuminas and they have less than 10k on them.

how would i go about utilizing my lifetime warranty. i bought them a few years ago, but still have the original sales receipt.

Sounds like a normal shock noise to me. Check for oil leaking from the shocks.

Yeah that sounds normal to me. You hear it when a car passes slowly over a speed bump. Do what racecity_usa said. Check for fluid. I cant imagine if the shocks only have 10K on them. illuminas are pretty strong.
