Perhaps not like a jackass... but we've all had these moments. The kind where you wish you had left the house 10 seconds earlier so as to have avoided the situation entirely.

Merging onto the highway... landscaping truck w/ trailer in the right lane decides to grab alotta brake (why? I never got an answer on that one... there wasn't any traffic around). I step on the brakes and cut to the left to avoid rear-ending the guy... only to clip the very corner of his trailer with my pass side front.

Pretty minor damage considering. The fender will have to be replaced, the front bumper is scratched, but no dents/damage. Cracked an SSR Type-C







No damage on his vehicles... The guy was a kind of *** too. But I guess that is his right.

Need more track time to hone those reflexes

 

Shitty deal. I drive like a ***** just because I do not want my car to get wrecked.

When I hopped out and looked at the damage... I cursed quite eloquently!
