Default high flow cat vs test tube

I am putting a gsr motor in my civic and i was debating between a high flow cat or a test tube, i live in michigan so i dont have emissions testing. what do you guys recomend?

i tried to search but didnt find anything

If you have no emissions to worry about you might as well just run a straight pipe .
