Default Low RPM idling, sputtering, motor shaky...WTF?

So I just recently got my transmission changed out and it drives very well

well I drive it today and it's acting up a little...

my RPM drops to 0 and then climbs back up when I put it into neutral and it does that twice and when I'm at a dead stop, it drops back to 0 and then my RPM goes to 700-800 RPM and then my idle drops to around 200-300 RPM and that is not normal for my car so I was wondering if anyone knows what it could be? While it's idling, it sort of sputters also like I have cam's in my car but I don't.

another thing is that my motor is a little shaky...i mean we tightened all the bolts back on when we got finished putting the transmission in and all...

does anyone know what these symptoms could be? it's a d16z6 motor with a d15b transmission

thanks in advance for the help

Check your FICV. Its under your throttle body.

Clogged exhaust? I had a 91 teg and had a cheap/shitty buzz can on it and well i scraped one day and somehow the inner mesh part fell out and all the fiberglass stuffed the end and yeah the muffler got stuffed up and had the same symptoms. Worth a shot.
