Long story short, friend has a 93 civic thats got rod knock. I'm willing to sell him my sohc zc out of my dx to him and help him swap it.

I know the harnesses will plug up and I'll have to swap his distributor and injectors but what about the knock sensor? Will he always be throwing a code if I put this obd-o motor in his car? Anything else needed besides the dizzy/injector swap? I'm sure some connectors will have to be re-pinned but thats no major concern.
