ok so i got a motor today off my friend.. it is a sohc vtec with the y8 bottom end and the z6 head and tranny.. now i got the motor for 450... this is what i know from the get go... did compression test.. got good numbers all the way across but number 3 cyclender is very low.. so im thinking rings are bad bc its smoking.. logical assumption huh.. could any thing else be wrong with it. valve seals.. etc.. just throw some ideas at me.. the motor is built.. pistons rods valves springs retaners etc.... all thoughts welcome
