Default Tanabe GF210 Springs

Hey everyone, I've been out of the Prelude modding for a little while, however, I can't take the stock ride height anymore and have decided to put my SPSS3 valved Neuspeed/Konis shocks back on the car with some springs.

I'm not looking for a big drop and don't want to sacrifice too much ride quality... so something like the Tanabe Super H's would be great, however, they aren't available anymore. It seems that the Tanabe GF210's are the closest things out there now, however, I can't find much information on them, let alone a picture.

So if you have a picture of a 5th Gen. with the GF210's installed I would appreciate if you could post it, or email it to me.

Also, I've read that they are linear springs... is this correct? It's uncommon for a spring like this to be linear.

My other thought was to put some GC's with some really soft spring rates in the 200-250# range... thoughts?

Hi, I have GF210's on my 4th gen and they drop a LOT. Also, be aware these are fairly firm springs.

If you like a softer ride, dont get these. I have them with the ES bushings too so it might make it worse.

Soft and stiff are relative terms, I used to run on 600F/800R GC's with these same revalved Konis... I don't want that ride again, but I think that anything progressive is going to be fine as long as it's dampened correctly.

How much of a drop did you get with them? What shocks are you running with? They advertise them 20-30% stiffer than stock, which would come out somewhere in the 250# range, however, you said the drop is a LOT, and they say 1-1.5".

What about the neuspeed sport springs? they advertise a 1.5-1.75 drop, and not as stiff as the race spring. I run the race so not sure how much difference.

1.75" is a little more than I want to drop. That is a similar drop to what my old Eibach Pro-Kit advertised, which was a little lower than I like.

I have some adjust ability with the Koni perch height if needed too...

^^^ He is the only person I have seen state that the drop is a lot, and what is a lot? 2", 4"??? That is a big difference from the 1" stated by Tanabe. Tanabe also has the DF210's which have a larger drop, so I'm wondering if he is maybe confusing the two. There is also the issue that he has a 4th Gen and I'm looking for the drop on a 5th Gen...

The drop with the S-Tech looks very similar to the drop with my old Pro-Kit, I'm not looking for anything that low anymore, if I was I would probably just get the Pro-Kit again...

the drop is not a lot, my 4th gen only went down 1" and it's lower at the back then the front by a little bit.

Just as a follow up... here is a link to some pictures. Not much of a drop at all.
