Default reseting computer

how can i reset the ecu on my 90 gs integra,the car is turbo so if i do this will it affect the car

Holy cow. What do you mean reset the ECU? Why would you want to do that? What is your cause for doing this? You shouldn't have bought a car with a fair amount of modification if you don't know what the hell you're doing with it...

no its because its runnin in safe mode,the car wont rev past 4000rpm when the check engine light is not on.

just disconnect the battery or take the ecu and back up fuse out the fuse box next to the battery... hope that helps...

disconnect the battery, wait a min. or two, connect it back, ecu reset =]

make sure you research some first tho, u wouldnt want ur setting to f up your tune (if it's tuned) it shouldnt......but research first.
