Hi all just wondering if you have a proportioning valve under your hood. Reason I ask is Im in the process of pulling abs out and was checking part# at honda and he couldnt find the number or anything to a prop valve for an ABS lude at least a 92. My Lude has a prop valve in it with master cylinder and booster. My ABS doesnt work now and Im wondering if someone has change it before I purchase the car. Any info let me know. Also in my Honda mech book it doesnt show anything for prop valve in it either for an SI Lude. Shows it for a f22 just not h23 with abs.

 

They have prop. valves just like their non-abs counterparts. It sits in the same location as the non-abs preludes as well.

Refer to the Prelude FAQ's &/or search for "abs removal" for more information about the abs removal process. Many of us have done it before.
