If you look in the civic faq there is a chart with a how to. I believe you would need a dx knuckle with 10.3 in rotors on it. There may be modification needed check the faq. BrakeExpert on here can get you set up right also, he's a great hookup on this stuff, I just got some calipers from him recently.

unless you've swapped out the knuckles in your 92-95 honda civic, chances are, you have DX front knuckles. the DX knuckles use a small pad & caliper w/ a 9.4" (19mm) rotor and can be found on 88-00 civic.
ok...itr calipers w/ 10.3" rotors, on DX knuckles: the integra type-r calipers are stamped 17CL15VN. the itr caliper is one of the biggest 1-piston set-up honda makes & uses a pad bigger than 94-00 integra. the itr calipers can be found in junkyards (+97 prelude, vigor, legend, accord, tl, rl, cl, cr-v, odyssey, etc). once you pick up the itr front brakes, you'll need to seperate the caliper & the bracket (stamped 23T or 25T). the bracket will need to be sent to a machine shop where they'll mill 2-3mm (or 1/8") off where the bracket mates with the knuckle. this set-up requires 10.3" rotors which can be sourced in parts stores from any 90-01 integra. *you'll need to upgrade your master cylinder from a 90-91 civic ex since you need more fluid to push the bigger piston.
