Default clacking noise

Ok so last nite it started making a noise its kinda hard to xplain it looks like the noise is coming from the lower part of the motor its like clack clack clack it has the same noise at all times i really dont think is coming from the valves but i will do a valve adjusment soon could it be knocking ? is the piston hiting something ??

how would i be able to diagnose ? it a jdmB18c

I changed the spark plugs, the injectors lookd clean, it idels good the only thing left is the fuel filter but i dont thing it would make a diff.

Clacking from the lower part of your motor, eh?

Knock*knock, whos there?

your rods.

Id get that checked out right away at a mechanic, they would be able to diagnose it better than HT can based on your explanation.

Gold dust isn't a good thing. Probably your bearings starting to grind up. Needs a rebuild most likely
