Default ES Bushings - Good or Bad? Started putting them on my car today, been reading mix opinions

Are these good or bad?

I read and see the part about how the Poly Rear Trailing Arm Bushings Bind up and that worries me..

Who has had a problem with that or and not?

Should I just replace the other bushings or leave my stock old bushings in?

I have a 92 integra gsr.

I was planning on doing Lower LCA Bushings, Lower Shock Mount Bushings, and Sway bar End Links, and Rear Control Arm.

What should I do?

i would not use the ES bushings for the trailing arm bushing but you could probably get away with the rest
