Ok, I have a 91 crx hf and I want to do a B20 swap. The main problem is that I can't figure out what ecu to use. I will be mounting the B20 to my gsr cable transmission for now and I have the mounts and everything, but everyone that I talk to has already change to crv-tec and they can't seem to help me. Also, are there any wiring kits that I could use. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. (the b20 is from a 98 crv, if that helps)
I guess you already know that you will need a different intake mani... I used a whole intake setup from an OBD0 90-91 LS Integra including the OBD0 pr-4 ecu. It would be better to get it chipped and tuned with a wideband, but the stock pr-4 worked quite well in my setup.

Ok, thanks guys. If I went with the p28, what intake components would I need to use? I'm mainly stripping the parts off of my 92 gsr and it has a skunk2 manifold that is universal for b series engines but I have no idea what sensors to use for this swap.
there are different directions to take, but it sounds like you already have some parts, soo...
Your car is obd0. Your ECU and intake components are obd1. Your B20 is obd2. You've got some wiring to do.... convert the car to obd1. If your gsr is a parts car, hack up its wiring harness for the connectors you need. If it isn't, go to a junk yard. After you convert to obd1, you should be able to put your intake mani with everything attached onto the B20 and everything should be plug and play. You'll need an obd1 distributor... from your gsr? Or, to make it a little more complicated, you could make up a jumper harness that allows you to use an obd2 dizzy on a obd1 car. Then you could use the dizzy that is on the b20.
