Honestly this is just a basic topmount setup, nothing really all that different other than the brace for the turbo I made

But the dyno chart is what yall need to be anxious to see
Might be a basic setup but should be one of the meanest when it comes to street usuable power.

Those are really nice looking Al welds. What machine are you using?

What are you planning on building for the cummins? I've been fabbin up a bunch of manifolds, downpipes, intake tubes, intercooler tubes etc lately for some baja1000 trucks.

its just a 180sd

For some reason my skill on stainless has gone down but my skill in aluminum has sky rocketed lol

I guess thats what I get for doing 90% aluminum welding for 6 months straight when I was at racing solutions viper shop

Dang not bad man! I know what thats like when I weld something too much. Looks like you are welding that stuff super slow? How many amps and what wall thickness and what tungsten do you use? So what are ya gonna make for the cummins?

no actually I was zipping along pretty fast on that
That weld at pipe to flange is 90 amps
pipe to pipe is 80 amps and looks the same

I am out of pure tungsten so that was with 2% thor. (a pita to ball this stuff!)
For the cummins:
I have 2 setups planned but they are on the downlow till I am further along on them
Also have some good automatic trans swaps coming for the cummins

Basically in the line of hondas I am just building manifolds and thats it
I am working at hitting the diesel market hard while there is pretty much now though

Some finished pictures
Unfortunatly the stock exhaust wouldn't let us get anywhere close to the power we were wanting. The owner is having a full 3inch exhaust put on and having it retuned though, it should be doing alot better then

looks good man.
You should look into a better PCV system to free up some power.

From my experience vented valve covers are not a great way to setup the pcv on a boosted motor. I never work on hondas though, so cant give my in put there. As long as it worls for you thats all that matters.
On topic, your fab work is downright awesome man. Big props for the setup. One thing though, what is the deal with mounting filters directly onto the compressor. Was it owners preference? I am just nit picky and this is always something that bothers me.

yes i was wondering that also.
If a pipe was added to thecompresor wouldnt it smooth the air out some before it going into the compressor? Maybe i dont know, Im just talking becuase im bored at school.

It isn't the best way to go about doing it but it does work and is cheap
Dry sump is the best way to go about crank case ventalation
