Why do you wanna rhino line your R?
Is that legal in any competitive classes that you might find yourself in, in the future? What are your plans for the caR when your done with it?

I'm curious about this too, since it will probably end up weighing about as much as the plastic panels that are being removed.

Also, any reason you chose a Cusco cage?

The lining is going to add more weight than you save by removing the interior trim.

Also I'd seriously rethink the cage choice.

I want a weld in cage but then if i ever did want to revert it would be harder downt he road reason for rhino lining is because thanks to my bowling ball broke all the damn plastic panels and i dont feel like purchasing new ones.

I sure as hell wouldn't want that Rhino lining crap in my car if there was a fire. The crap will give off toxic fumes and stick to you like napalm. If you plan on tracking the car, don't add stuff to it that will make it dangerous.

rhino lineing is heavy as ****, go look at a truck with rhino lining its like a half inch thick

DO NOT RHINO LINE YOUR CAR, thats just stupid, it will weigh more then the interior panels your taking out, just get a can of spray paint, and flat black the interior if you must paint it for some reason

and do not get the cusco cage, there absolut junk, get either a autopower or kirk, they are much better made, and much safer, cusco cages are just for show purposes

I'd definitely look into these as well. OMP also makes one, but I think its kind of hard to come by. Big Phat R has it in his.

That Cusco "cage" is a freakin death trap

Should have got a BMW then versus a car with no sound deadening.

Welding a bolt-in cage in is rather pointless.

1) You'll hate yourself if you paint the back half interior black. Go light gray or even white.

2) The Cusco thing is not a cage, don't pretend it is. If you're tracking the car, get a real bolt-in bar.
