Default recall notice question

swaybars and springs wont affect this recall will it? and if i leave my car as is, will it affect anything in the future, like will they mark my car as having suspension modifications and use it against me if say my transmission does something weird. hope that makes sense

Nah I went to get my recall done when I was lowered with intake and exhaust. They have to do the recall since it was the factory's fault. With or without aftermarket parts. That's what I have noticed.

They can't (or will not) refuse to do a recall, regardless of the mods on you have on the car. To much liability on their part.

No. If your tranny decides to drop a log then they can't deny warranty coverage on THAT COMPONENT just because you have your car lowered because it's not a related part.
