correct and yes they where the same for those years.

Actually it should be something like 5x114.3, and it refers to 5 lugs and the diameter of the bolt hole circle.
<shakes head at today's youth's (?) apparent ignorance>.
Don't feel too bad, I overhead a conversation at work the other day where a guy was asking what "valves" (apparently in the engine/head) were for. <shrug> LOL!

Its the placement in relation to the width of the wheel, and the hub mounting distance. Lower numbers mean itll stick further out from stock, but the width always plays a role. The stock wheels are 6" wide, so if another wheel with +50 offset is 7" wide it wont be the same placement.
This topic is so beat dead, theres like one a week "what offset is best".
But play around with this as well:

This would all depend on what people consider the woods. In pretty much everyone's book......Woods=Forest....correct? Well maybe up north, they might consider some of the frozen Tundra's to be a National Forest. I know it may sound silly, but down here in AZ, they have National Forests. That are nothing more than Desert Shrubbery!
And everyone knows that the Tundra is a form of a desert! So technically the bear is still shitting in the woods/forest!
