Default scratches in window

I have an issue with the drivers side window of my rex. There seems to be something in the door that is scratching the **** out of my window in like 5 different spots. Not to mention the terrible screetching noise it makes when I roll it up and down. I investigated it when I put my si door panels on.. I felt up in there as far as I could, and sanded down the plastic pieces that hold the window seal to the door maybe thinking that was the culprit but soon found out that wasnt the case. Anyone have this problem? Really want to get it fixed soon cuz my window has grooves because of this ****.

You either have dirt, rocks, sand or something in there. I would get out the hose and get a tooth brush and run it up and down the felt and clean it up. That is what I did on my car when I got it full of sand cleared it right up.

So you dont think its something up in the door? Cuz I couldnt feel anything sharp sticking out. Anything sharp other than rocks in there that might be scratching it?

It is possible...take the door panel off and check it all out. My bet is dirt or sand.
