Default 4 CEL Codes, Need Help!!

Ok, I went to my nearest VIP for a engine diagnostic cause of my CEL. Heres what I got.

1. Multiple random misfires.

2. Misfire Cyl. #1
3. Misfire Cyl. #2
4. Misfire Cyl. #3

They are telling me it is caused by either a fault wire(s), plugs, coil, vacuum leak, bad injector, or High or Low fuel pressure.

These people have no idea what they are talking about, which is why im here. Please tell me what you think it is. I have recently changed the plugs, wires, cap/rotor because of the last time I got my CEL checked all I was told it was "misfiring"... And the light is STILL on...

this code is tough to find.

Have you replaced the fuel filter? How many miles are on it??

this is the list of things i have told him to do since he just got the car not long ago without any prior record of things being replaced:

Clean EGR ports
replace fuel filter
do a valve adjustment
check the plug gap

Since you have already tuned it up you could have a lean misfire due to dirty fuel injectors, you will need to have it looked at by a qualified shop who knows how to read spark lines on an oscilloscope, I also agree with the recommendations above, be careful on the valve adjustment, these cars are touchy, you should have just under 1 volt coming out of the MAP sensor at a fully warmed up idle, no fans and no accessories on.
