i have a 1990 Honda Civic Sedan Dx.. I Put A Mini Me D15 Block with the D16y8 Head an a Crx Si Tranny... wen i had it obd0 my rev would not go past 3.5 they told me to change the computer so i put a obd0 b16 an nothin now that i have a obd1 dizzy an p28 computer it worked great but jus the other day it poped the altenator fuse for no reason everytime i put a fuse an turn the key it pops them HELP...!!!!! i have no clue what it is should i jus change the whole complete wire harness inside an out....????
