why do you say that?
that car has been around for a while, and if you check the link, theres a magazine cover, which i doubt they would lie about the power it is making.

your right but that's why i said "not quite 700whp", but it DOES make like 680plus whp, and with A/C and PS i think that it hauls ***
not sure who built the motor but i'm pretty sure inline tuned it, and btw, that is a 1 of 4 Hytech B-series Turbo manifold

i need nathan to come in and ***** it out, i'm sure he's got specs as well...

well on the cover of turbo magazine it claimed to be high 600s, but alot of people have a problem with the dyno sheet as it looks like it came straight off microsoft excel lol =P

I CAN however attest to that car being fast as **** on the highway. when i get home i can post the video of it going neck and neck with a t78 rx-7 (jeff from emotion)

and i shall indeed post more pix of it when i return home from my schoolin'

honestly rios' car is one of the most modified cars i've ever seen in person

"Engine:
- Thermal 3" exhaust with Apex-I N1 Mufler
- Apex-I GTR intercooler w/ custom intercooler pipes
- Greddy Type S blow off valve
- ClutchMasters Stage 4 Clutch
- Mugen Valve Cover
- Mugen Reservoir Tank Covers
- Hytech Turbo Manifold
- Garrett T62-1 Turbo
- Greddy Type S Blow Off Valve
- Tial 40mm Wastegate
- RC 1000cc Injectors
- Walbro 255cc Fuel Pump
- J's Racing engine Damper
- InlinePro fuel rail, solid rear mount/trans mount/ac mount
- C&R Radiator anodized black
