Yes, with modification. Most lips that people put on their vehicles in this forum need to be modified. There are eleventy billion threads out there about lips on our vehilces, have you used the search button lately?

90-91 Si lips fit 90-91 bumpers.
88-89 Si lips fit 88-89 bumpers.
The 88-89 have a budge outwards, the 90-91 don't just flat.
The lip from a CRX fits only CRX, lip from hatch fits only hatch.
Although, I did get my Hatch Si lip to fit my Wagon front bumper...
I put an 91 Si lip on my DX bumper. You can tell if you have a 90-91 bumper or 88-89 by the turn signal. If they touch the grill, it's a 90-91, if they don't 88-89. Happy hunting.
