It will, but it's going to take some modification, and it won't fit perfect.

thanks guys...what kind of modifications do you think i will need to perform??..dremel?...and if you could help me out on another thing..what things will i need, some screws and double sided tape?

yea your best bet would to use a dremel, as for the mounting i would go with some self taping screws and some double sided tape.

Yeah self tapping will do it. I've always used a nut/bolt/washer combo to secure the lip to the bumper, just because it hold better, and is much harder to steal, but this requires drilling holes into the bumper.

i have the si front lip on mine....just put it on last weekend, double sided tape is not needed, just self tapping screws. the lip will not fit over the bumper cover as it does on the si, however it sit a litte bit lower, still looks amazing imo.

Yes it will, with minimal modification actually..

Will a REPLICA Mugen EG lip fit? That depends how closely it fits the EG and how close it is of a replica.
