D2S Projectors Can i use Any Hid Kit

if i bought a set of D2S projectors can i buy a set of so say ebay hids would it work as good as stock or it would be point less to buy and retro fit them in my head light if i dont use the orginal OEM HID kit

you would need OEM D2S bulbs and OEM ballasts, not something from some cheap@$$ POS kit.

If the guys you buy em from are good they'll be able to make the rest of the install plug and play for ya. It just saves a lot of heart ache when it comes to wiring.
