Default intake manifold worth it if im looking for midrange?

I have a b18c1 with intake, 68mm tb, cams, header, test pipe and exhaust. I still have my gsr intake mani but was thinking about switching it out. Ive searched, and some people say having the gsr intake mani is better for midrange. i like the power im getting right now, but i know the only thing oem on my car is my gsr intake mani and i was wondering if getting a blox intake mani and port matching it to my tb would help with my midrange. from what i hear, the oem gsr mani is crap, but im looking for low to mid range power. Top end wouldnt hurt either, but gaining low to mid is what im looking for.

I was tuned at 192whp/148tq at Church's. will getting a blox intake mani port matched to my 68mm tb help with my midrange power or will it kill it and move the power band upwards?
