Hey there i just bought a 2006 civic coupe and i was wondering the best way to put leather in. i was wondering if the seats were anything like the accords or any of the acuras. i've already checked out just recovering them but i was seeing if replacing the seats would be cheaper.

You can buy the leather seats from the 2008 EX-L model.

 

any idea how much they would cost or whether the dealer will even sell them. if not any idea where i could get them seeing as there is probably not to many totaled 2008 honda civics

 

I drove a coupe with leather, horrible seats. I bought an Si, wonderful seats. The leather looked out of place and the seats just seemed way too large. Maybe it was a trick on the eyes though...

 

you could probably get honda to factory install the EX-L seats in your Si. It wouldn't be cheap but at least you would have a warranty for them. If you did shell out that kinda cash make sure they dont keep your SI seats, you paid for those when you got the car, keep them for spares or sell them.
