Thanks. If you see her in person you'd notice her defects, such as a couple of very minor dents and a piece of pinstriping that was left under an after-factory clearcoat. But overall I think she's great for what I paid. Rarely when I come across a perfect '00 Si, the KBB on them is like $10000-$11000 (private party value) and that was out of my reach.

Hehe, naw. I'm an all motor kind of guy, at least with a car like this. And given that I've never experienced a car like this before, to me she's got incredible power (for now). I'll probably do really simple things for now like shifter/stabilizer bushings, steel braided brake lines, high performance fluids, etc. When she's paid off, I'd like to refine her a little more with some Type R parts, and also things like dual springs and flat-bottomed valves.

You mean nothing more expensive to diagnose and fix?

Yeah, I'd definately like to maintain the integrity of the car, hence no turbo (but for a lot more reasons than that as well). Also, I certainly do want the OEM intake back. This one sounds cool, but I don't like the way it looks and I don't trust its performance.
Oh, and I didn't take the front emblem off. I am proud to drive a Honda and so I'm getting an OEM grille/emblem too.

From all the evidence I've gathered, it's the original paint, but just the clearcoat was redone.
