Default Help me choose a cam, please!

Here's the setup...
B18A Block
81.25mm
ACL Bearings
Shotpeened LS Rods w/ ARP Rod Bolts
P30 Pistons w/ OEM Rings
Minimal Deck
Balanced
96 ITR Head
Buddy Club Valves, Springs, Retainers
Bronze Valve Guides
TWM ITB's
Hytech Tri-Y Replica
KTeller 2.5" Exhaust

Now here is where it becomes difficult. I am looking for a cam that will make the most power and not have me worrying about V2P contact and will work nicely with the compression ratio this setup makes. I was thinking about Buddy Club 3+, Skunk 2 Pro 1's or Rocket M22's... I've searched and searched but wouldn't mind a few more opinions...

What is the motor used for? Why did you decide on BC VT?

Whoops, 96*** ITR head and this motor is pretty much a street driven car with occasional drag and autoX visits. I know you are quite knowledgeable, what is your opinion?

Ohh and I went with BC V/T because I got the full set with Spec 5 cams new for $550CDN (I'm selling the cams, way to nasty for my build)

It's mostly in what you want. Like, I would say go with Skunk2 or Toda, since I'm biased towards those two companies.

Or go JUN, and I'll give you props.

Can't wait till I see some numbers from this build.

I was thinking about the Toda C's but I have heard they don't make as much power as other cams in the same price range. I love the Toda name and that I have never heard anything bad from them and all but if I can squeeze the same numbers out of S2P2 with less compression and less money, I will most likely go that route.

i would not get pro 2's.....those would probably be overkill for your displacement, but i have seen the pro 1's make great power on mild 1.8 builds!

i have seen pro2's do great on 1.8L's too. yea pro 1s do good but the pro 2's will do better if u have the compression and the head flow.

I have yet to see pro 2's do anything good on a true 1.8L. They are overkill IMO on anything less than a 2.0L.

I'm leaning towards the S2 Pro 1's or the Buddy Club Spec 4's. Anyone ever have clearance issues with the Buddy Clubs and P30's?
