Rear Sway Bars
GSR = 14mm
LS = 13mm
USDM ITR = 22mm
98 spec JDM ITR = 23mm

They are the same thickness, not too sure if the CTR and ITR bars are exactly the same. But I would think they are close since they are interchangeable.

ITR and CTR bars are NOT interchangeable, the endlinks portion are different

I figured this, but they are interchangeable as far as ITR bar on a 96-00 Civic.

Personally, I'd go for the ITR rear sway bar. It'll be cheap (less than $100, IIRC) and the upgrade was one of the best that I did for my old LS. The stock Integra bars suck. If you still want to do that, just go to a junk yard and pull one.

I agree, usdm type-r for the win.

the 1mm difference between the jdm bar is very little.

Nothing a little sanding and rustoleum couldn't fix!

That also varies on driver preference. Some drivers prefer a 20mm bar over a 23mm bar.

bigger is NOT always better.
