i got an jdm 96 spec b18c and im looking into getting a little more ponys on it.
i already know if i would change my camshaft that i would need to replace my spring and retainers,what stage or brand do you guys recommend?
thinking of going up to stage 3.all i need is an advise on going all motor.

What are you talking about?
First of all, and I'm sure this is a typo, but just in case it's not... Cam gears don't do ****. If you get some kind of tuner gears then you don't need any valve train. You do need valve train if you upgrade your CAMSHAFTS to Stage 2 + (maybe some aggressive stage 1s, if they're not forgiving.)
Second, you said you want a little more HP right? There is no reason to jump to stage 3 cams for a little extra HP. Unless you have a lot of money and are only driving this at the track, stage 3 is very unreasonable and (while not impossible) hard to drive on the street.
For a little extra horsepower that is kind of noticeable get a good I/H/C/E setup, a new intake manifold and get a tune, you will notice a little gain in HP.
From there you can get stage 1 cams and start playing around with the internals.

BTW I recommend Skunk2 and Toda. Good companies. Toda is more expensive, and you will yield almost identical results with Skunk2 for cheaper.
