Removing molding without damage

Default Removing molding without damage

How do you to do it? i dont want to damage the clips too. i am plan go to junkyard to remove em and get it paint then put it on ef hatchback. hints will helps a lot!

Take the interoir of the doors off. This will give access to the clips.
