ok so i got a f20b dual cam vtec (sir or whatever) that came from the accord sir... haha

anyway, hmotors informed me that it was originally automatic and im wanting to upgrade my cams because they are weaker or some crap that steve told me... now heres my question(s)

since my compression is roughly 11.1:1 would the S2S2 cams with valvetrain be efficient? only reason i ask is because i just read a thread about h22 cams and how they have lower compression (10.4) and how the stage 2's wouldnt provide much because of the lack of high compression.

or would i be better off with some skunk 2 stage 1's?

i plan on keeping the bottom end un touched for a while and i can take this motor to 8k safely.
