Default what engine will be the best for all-motor?

i was gonna do a full gsr swap, but it cost 3g, and a b16 i heard it isn't good for all-motor cuz its low torque, and i was wondering about a h22 are those ne good for all-motor for my 91 civic hatch?

if he's thinking a B18C1 is too expensive, then this is out of the question.
I'd suggest a GSR or typeR swap.

a long block is the whole motor including the head. short block is the block and what is inside it.

I'm sure Honda F1 or Super Aguri have great deals on those motors since they're not being used anymore this year.......

I believe it's the third generation H22 that has a closed deck construction making it great for boring out. That is, if you wanted a big displacement motor. Is this project a street car or do want to race it on a track?

This one might be a little more affordable than the F1 V10.
87 octane.
2.8 liter V8
~400hp at 10,500 rpm
smaller than an H22.

Until then I think it's the K-series stuff if you can afford it.

B series isn't even in the same league as an H22. Stock block and a mild head and cam can make 220+

It shares some parts off of a pair of Suzuki Hayabusa 1.3 liter motorcycle engines. The rest is custom mainly the lower block and crank. mmmm billet crank, billet 6061 aluminum block. :more drooling:

Hartley Enterprises.

Radical Motorsports in the UK makes a similar one but it's much more expensive and is physically larger.

Hytec seems to take a while to fab parts up. To his credit I think he's virtually a one-man operation though. I have been pursuing him for a custom header/exhaust for an uncommon car for a couple months. It'd be easier if I lived in California.
