Default Recap from Roebling Road with Project R!

The Car:

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1893870

Back from Instructing with NASA Southeast this past weekend at Roebling Road in GA. 2.0 mile track flat and fast with only 9 turns...slowest speed was 65 and fastest was 125mph down front strait. Lots of double and late apex corners and only on the brakes 1 or 2 times a lap......flowing track.

Played with the PIC Select 3's but still like the 3 front 4 rear setting and the car was doing great in the corners, so thanks again to PIC. I am able to control the car a lot better with the throttle mid corner to rotate the rear of the car, perfect for getting a FF to handle well against 911's/z06's and others.

700 mile trip: about 500 miles to and from and 175 miles of track time for the R and only burned a quart of oil

Track: http://www.roeblingroad.com/

More Pictures to come! Mini Bike was driven 1tank worth weak

I wish I could have gone. I have not been to Roebling since they repaved. You need to post some videos and also more pics. Did you drive that thing all the way there with a certain license plate on it?!

Yep, was real smooth......only bumps mid to late apex in a couple corners but smooth as ice! If a stocker gsr was rolling 125 i would bet some people would be in 150 range at this track in a honda.

i might have gotten 200miles of track time but i had to drive to get gas 1 time so i said about that.....yeah 4 20min sessions Sat. Sun.

Vids yeah got some shots......

With my old 2.0L b series I was pushing 155 on the speedo down the front straight (I know the needle is off at that high of speed). Fun track!

Where are the videos Andy?

With the minibike tools and tent the coilovers did sweet.......for 800lbs. rear.
