Default Plug wires...

What does it usually mean when your plug wires after driving for a while have pushed up. And are no longer securely pushed down over the little metal lip on the VC? I have never seen anything like that before.

I have searched and have come up with nothing, any help would be great.

My initial reaction would be that there is some sort of leakage from the plugs, but it's also possible that the rubber is just somehow expanding or changing shape due to the heat.

Do you mean like air leakage that's forcing them upwards?

Yes, leakage from the cylinders, but that seems like a remote possibility.

that was actually was happening to me a month ago, it turned out on my spark wires the rubber part that goes on the spark plugs were a tiny bit too long/big so i just cut a small piece of the end off and it has stayed in place since no problem
