where can i get this ecu?

where can i get this ecu?
im trying to find an Obd1 P28, with an H22a basemap, w/o knock sensor, or egr valve, does anyone know a good place i can order an ecu like this from? i dont have a virgin ecu to send it. I thought xencron did it, but i guess they dont
