starting problem after cleaning out egr ports on intake

first the car started to have a mis fire problem so i check out the egr ports and found out that 3 of the 4 holes were clog. i clean out the ports and now my car have a hard time starting. when i start my car i would really have to give it some gas for it to get it started. now my car have no more misfire but now have a starting problem. i have try a difference distributor, replace spark plugs and spark plug wires, replace fuel filter and still nothing. Anyone have this similar problem or can help me out what to check. thanks

Clean the throttlebody next, check out the FAQ section please. Cracking the throttle open a little lets a little more air into the engine, a clean TB should do that by itself, did you plug everything back up (IACV), did you even disconnect anything????

ok i will try cleaning the throttle body. the only thing that i unplug was some vacuum hoses and injectors. i was thinking could the dirt that i clean off the egr ports go to the egr and make the valve stick open???

The EGR ports are downstream of the throttle body, and the EGR valve is upstream of the EGR ports themselves. You didn't affect the throttle body or the EGR valve by cleaning the EGR ports, you just made issues further up the intake tract more apparent.
