i dont know if this has happen before? the thing i wanna ask is the keys for hondas inter changeable, cuz at my dealership some lot dude was able to start my car but wasnt able to unlock it, WTF that doesnt make scenes, some light on this **** would be nice thanks...

 

this doesnt really seem like tech but ...

my friend told me honda (older models) only had so many key molds. I dont know if this is true but that would be a reason he would have a similar key. It doesnt make a whole lot of sense that he could start your car but not unlock it, this could be a slight variation of your key. Or if it was a lot dude maybe it's like a Master Key lol. I don't know the accuracy of my friends information, but thats what he told me.

 

same thing has happened to me a few times. my keys to the eg could unlock my crx, and ive also unlocked my coupe w/ my old sedan keys.
